The Rising Star Outreach:
The children of the Leprosy-affected people have had little alternative but to become beggars - until recently. Through the valiant efforts of the Rising Star Outreach and their dedicated staff, the children of the Leprosy-affected now have a chance for a good education and the opportunity for meaningful employment in the growing Indian IT Outsourcing Sector. With the proper training and access to technologies, these once highly stigmatized children can become productive and even influential members of society.
