Our Philosophy
We affirm that there is more than enough to go around. We understand that there are many very qualified organizations with similar objectives and overlapping strategies. It is our philosophy to not re-create the wheel, but leverage best practices from any relevant source. Collaboration and coalition-building are critical to make a meaningful difference. It is simply a waste of time and valuable resources to try and do everything alone - only through effective partnerships can we achieve our goals. We all have unique talents and abilities, by combining our strengths we can change the lives of those who need it the most.

Global Involvement
The Digital Alliance is currently a stakeholder in the UN Global Alliance for ICT and Development (www.un-gaid.org). Representatives from the Digital Alliance are regular participants in a variety of multinational planning meetings. Most recently, those meeting including the CODI V meetings sponsored by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and the follow up meetings on the World Summit on the Information Society sponsored by the ITU in Geneva, Switzerland.
