Access to ICT's is a critical component to their use. The Digital Alliance works with local infrastructure initiatives in both the private and public sector to leverage and supplement existing resources. There are already many who provide access to ICT's such as the UNESCO Community Multimedia Center program. Whenever possible the Digital Alliance leverages the technical infrastructure that has already been implemented.

In the not so distant future we hope to create a "tech-mobile" that is a computer lab on wheels that can be used to bring technology to remote and currently discconnect regions.
